This channel is all about saving time when it comes to making mid-week meals. By batching meals with similar ingredients you can make meals fast, double each portion and you will find that you can make allot of different meals in a short space of time. All the recipes are freezer friendly, so you can make them whenever you want and simply freeze till needed. I love to spend 1 hr on a Sunday and batch my weeks worth of meals, that way I don't cook from scratch during the week. Perfect for those busy school and work nights. I used a towel that I wet the end to wipe my hands when I cleaned my fruit (bc's) yes it was stained. I put it in pink oxy and soaked it overnight. Washed it out and it's perfect. My stained hands came up clean too. Thanks for tutorial.
Love your meal could do some old fashion meal
First time I see a food liquid stored in a polyethylene bag. It's a surup and goes into a bottle. You can pour it hot into most nice vodka bottles and "can" it.
Do you have to let it go cold before it goes into the freezer ?
would Vegemite/marmite work
Any word on how to reheat them?

I have been wanting to try this for a few months now and today I finally did! I think I ended up making too much chilli but overall I have probably 8 meals out of 2 hours of cooking for me! I am a bit slower but this is still so much easier and quicker! I followed the video for the overall ingredients and didn't really measure anything or check the printed recipes. They all still turned out great! I just made sure to taste them as I went. I also threw some bread crumbs in the meatballs and burgers. Thank you so much for this - it is life changing!

Thank you so much for taking the time out to explain every part of this so clearly, it makes it seem so much easier than it ever has seemed before. The course has been so very helpful! I have bought 2 of your books (my sister is bringing them out to me when she comes to visit in a couple of weeks) but I am literally starting this tomorrow. I’ve chosen some recipes from the summer meal planners on your website, have printed out the shopping lists and am going to try some double bubble prepping this week. I often have problems sourcing the ingredients as I live in a large city in Spain where there are no big hypermarkets and you would be surprised how difficult it can be to find things which are entirely taken for granted in the U.K. (such as herbs and spices, spice pastes such as Thai, tikka etc, frozen vegetables or prepared vegetables, even things like chopped tomatoes in a can and mixed beans, for example) so I’m really hoping that I will find that enough of the recipes are do-able in my location 🤞🤞🤞

Hi, thanks for your video😊🌻 How long do you defrost the scones before serving? Can you serve them without reheating? How long will fresh scones last in the fridge without freezing? If I worrrcto bake scones on Wednesday to be used on Friday, should I freeze them ? Or will they still be fresh on Friday if I seal them in ziplock and store them in the fridge? Thank you

Hi love your channel I'm 66yrs young and love cooking I've tried all your meals . I've always cooked mince beef and frozen the meals , recently I've noticed on the back of aldi ,lidl, and asda mince it says once cooked do not reheat 🤔 I always make sure its up to temperature and will continue any thoughts ? Xx

The books are great- highly recommend them. This is the method I prefer, one to eat, one to freeze. 😅❤
You can buy big bags of miso paste from Asian supermarkets or jars from regular supermarkets to save buying the tiny packets.
Cheese and eggs are not vegetarian, flax eggs and nutritional yeast would work, otherwise 👍

Really liked your video and meals you cooked .I shop at Aldi and in Australia the mince alone would be $21,00 for 1kilo kidney beans are $1.10 a can Tomatoes $1.00 a can Eggs are $2 50 for half a dozen cost of living crisis is happening here as well as England 4 years ago prices were so good.

Love the Batch Lady. One thing I find annoying is she never explains how to cook from frozen. Do I let in fully defrost and can I heat in microwave?
